We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was enormous with two big beds, perfect for our team. The panoramic elevator was a unique touch, and the breakfast was nourishing and had a great variety of options. The hotel's business facilities were excellent, with a conference room that had all the necessary amenities for our meeting. The room was clean and modern, and we especially appreciated that it was spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair if needed. the service was top-notch and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious and comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and convenient location.

Great value for money

One day, I arrived back to my room and it hadn't been cleaned, even after I asked for them to come later. The breakfast lacked hot options, but had a good selection of fruits. Additionally, the shampoo and conditioner were not replaced for the duration of my stay. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the room itself was spacious and had a lovely jacuzzi in the bathroom. The room service was reasonably priced and the quality of the food was good. considering the affordable price, I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Porto Alegre.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the business area. Cleanliness was flawless, hotel facilities were great, and parking was available for a small fee. Transportation was hassle-free, and the hotel was located close to many restaurants and bars. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The facilities provided for a conference meeting were very impressive, with good wifi and ample space for 30 persons. the breakfast spread was good with a variety of fruits, bread, juice, egg and coffee or tea. the location was also convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants.

The noise from outside was unbearable and made it impossible to sleep. Even being on the top floor did not help.

Room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a large flat screen TV and a good selection of channels. The hotel had a good central location, giving easy access to a lot of the local attractions. The breakfast was also quite nice, with a decent selection of foods.

The hotel was extremely noisy, which made it very difficult for us to sleep. The constant noise outside kept us up all night, which ruined our romantic escape.

The hotel is located in a safe and pretty nice area near the center, offering plenty of great Brazilian breakfast options. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a big bathroom and good amenities. the kind and accommodating staff make the experience a pleasure, providing excellent service in checking in and offering great advice on where to eat.
